Jackson Comfort is a family owned and operated heating and cooling company based in Northeast Ohio. Everything they do is for the customer. The only things they were lacking were brand consistency and a customer connection. We came to the conclusion a mascot could pull the brand together and give the company a face – thus Jack was born.
Jack, the friendly repair flame, can be seen within their branding, on the side of the Jackson trucks, across their marketing materials, website, digital ads and facebook page.
